Shipping and Returns


Most orders ship within 48 hours of Order Confirmation, unless temporarily back-ordered. We do our best to keep the website updated with stock levels to notify customers when stock-outs may occur, and will do our best to notify customers when longer shipping times are expected on certain items. We appreciate your patience and understanding if something takes longer than anticipated.

All orders are fulfilled from our Minnesota warehouse.

We are happy to offer free returns on unused merchandise, and products that arrive damaged or defective, within 30 days of order delivery. Please contact our customer service team at to discuss your situation and see if you qualify, and to receive a shipping label from Sniper's Edge (our parent company). Refunds will be issued after the product has arrived back at our warehouse and has been inspected to confirm it was unused.

Sniper's Edge reserves the right to deny the refund or impose a $20 restocking fee per item, if the product returned to us does not satisfy the return criteria. That said, our goal is to find a fair solution for all the parties.
